Big Dom has taken on another role with the Philadelphia Eagles as the Chief Vibes Officer, ensuring that everyone is on the same page heading into the 2024-25 NFL season

The mysterious Dom DiSandro, known in Philly and across the NFL as ‘Big Dom’ has officially taken on yet another role within the Philadelphia Eagles organization.

Big Dom is now the Chief Vibes Officer of the Philadelphia Eagles

Do I think Big Dom is actually running the show? Probably not, but there’s no denying his connection with the players and his ability to facilitate any situation. I think we can officially add Garrett Stubbs’ title within the Phillies organization as the Chief Vibes Officer to Big Dom’s resume.

Some people may think it’s a bad thing to have the senior advisor to the general manager, director of game day coaching operations and chief security officer getting involved on deeper levels is bizarre but I couldn’t disagree more.

You have to go with whatever works and the fact that Big Dom is reportedly serving as  “The Great Mediator” is exactly what I want to hear from the Philadelphia Eagles need during the preseason. 

The expectations for the Eagles heading into the 2024-25 season are definitely lofty. They have two new coordinators on each side of the football and everyone is expecting this team to bounce-back after last year’s disaster-class at the end of the season. 

Jalen Hurts is surrounded by weapons and in a new offensive system with Kellen Moore calling the plays and the always hard-nosed Vic Fangio will have the defense primed for a bounce-back season. 

Having Big Dom, who somehow managed to reach national levels of fame last season while still remaining somewhat of a mystery within the Eagles organization, running the show and keeping everyone focused is a perfect addition to an already-buzzing coaching staff.
