Roster Moves: Eagles bring back familiar face for OL depth

The Eagles are bringing back an old friend to shore up their offensive line.

According to multiple reporters, OL Jack Driscoll was spotted in the Eagles locker room on Tuesday, signaling his return to the team.

There has been no official announcement, but NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo says Driscoll is back with the Eagles’ practice squad.

Driscoll signed with the Dolphins in free agency but was among final roster cuts last week.

The former fourth-round pick served as reliable depth for Philadelphia, playing in 54 career games with 17 starts in four seasons. He started eight games each at right tackle and right guard, plus one at left tackle.

The Eagles have always had confidence in Driscoll, and his ability to play anywhere on the line (except center) makes him valuable.
