WATCH: Dianna Russini complains about her husband being upset with the Eagles Monday Night Football choke job

NFL insider Dianna Russini joined the Dan LeBatard show on Tuesday and shared her opinion about Eagles fans, specifically her husband, being pissed off after witnessing an all-time choke job on Monday Night Football against the Atlanta Falcons.

Rich coming from someone who works in sports media and hosts a podcast called “Scoop City” via The Athletic where she spent all offseason trying to drum up drama from last year between Jalen Hurts and Nick Sirianni. 

She apparently misses the mark on when to discuss the Eagles more frequently than originally thought, right?

Listen, I get it. The doom and gloom that casts dark shadows over Philadelphia after a miserable loss, even more so in the home opener, ruins relationships. At the same time, I literally do not care about kids and how they view their father’s in a time of great misery and depression. 

That’s just showbiz baby. Here in Philly, life isn’t all flowers and roses or whatever that phrase is, it’s about soul crushing moments delivered right to the heart at the hands of our sports teams. 

As for the kids? Please. Time to grow up.

Your husband/father is pissed off because Saquon Barkley dropped a wide open pass to ice the game on Monday Night Football. He’s mad because Darius Slay was non-existent in coverage on the game-winning touchdown pass from Kirk Cousins of all people. He’s probably pissed because our defensive line can’t get pressure to save their lives and that Nick Sirianni / Kellen Moore / Jalen Hurts targeting Britain Covey more than Jahan Dotson and Dallas Goedert. 

Not to mention, chill out Dianna Russini. You think your husband wants you spilling the tea to Dan Fucking LeBatard of all people? I doubt it. If you’re not careful, you’ll be sleeping outside until the Birds win another Super Bowl. 

No one should ever tell other people how to be a fan of a sports team. Well, unless you’re a part of the freaks that try to make every Phillies player homosexual or treat them like complete babies on Twitter. Those types should be allowed anywhere near the sacred grounds of the South Philly Sports Complex, ya know? Send those assholes down to 76 Place in Center City and leave the sports to the grown ups. 

As for Dianna Russini – good luck with your marriage and GO BIRDS.
