22 years. Insane that it’s been that long since a white guy playing corner managed to intercept a pass.
Gardner Minshew was benched shortly after throwing that INT, which makes complete sense. You simply can’t re-enter the field of play after throwing an interception to a white boy, let alone a white cornerback. Those are the rules.
Riley Moss entered the NFL last season as the Broncos third-round selection. He was the only white corner at the NFL scouting combine that year as well.
Kudos to him for making a play out there. Scrappy ball player.
