Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez thought knocking on Eagles fans’ doors during Sunday’s game was a good idea

Politicians are some of the stupidest people in our society. That includes congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who urged her followers to do the unthinkable Sunday afternoon — bother Eagles fans during a game.

For anyone who’s been following this election, you’ll know Pennsylvania will more than likely decide who goes into office in November. Therefore, politicians have been doing everything in their power to try and influence us over the past few months. It’s been a nightmare that I desperately want to wake up from.

Both Donald Trump and Kamala Harris made their presence known at the Eagles last home game against Cleveland, bothering people at tailgates and posting Eagles-friendly videos on social media.

Their strategy is clear — make Philadelphians like us by pandering to the Eagles. It’s actually a solid strat. The Eagles determine my mood more often than I’d like to admit.

But it’s annoying, I think everyone can agree to that. And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s plan to knock on Eagles fans’ doors during Sunday’s game against the Giants may have been the worst idea any politician has ever had. Even worse than Watergate.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, please never do this again

Luckily, the Eagles won, so I don’t have to lash out and take my anger out on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Still, why would anyone think this is a good idea? The last thing any of us want to deal with during a game is some jackass knocking on our door asking for votes. There’s a time and place for that and it’s not during an Eagles game.
