WATCH: Bill Belichick destroyed the New York Giants on The Pat McAfee Show after Saquon Barkley’s performance on Sunday

Bill Belichick brought his A-game to The Pat McAfee Show once again, and this time, he didn’t hold back on the New York Giants.

During Monday’s appearance, Belichick discussed the Philadelphia Eagles’ 28-3 demolition of the Giants and took a few shots at New York’s decision-making, especially around their former star, Saquon Barkley.

Barkley was the star of the show on Sunday, torching his former team with 176 rushing yards and a touchdown on just 17 carries, adding two receptions for 11 yards.

It was a classic Barkley performance, and it clearly left Belichick wondering why the Giants let him go in the first place.

“Saquon was their best player,” Belichick said. “For a couple million dollars more, they could have kept him, I guess. Instead, they got a guard or somebody, I don’t know.”

Bill Belichick didn’t stop there.

He took aim at the Giants’ offensive line, describing it as “tough” in all the wrong ways. “They’re playing a guy at left tackle who shouldn’t be playing left tackle.

Evan Neal was drafted in the first round, he doesn’t play. They have some UFA guards that are pretty suspect,” he added. If it wasn’t already clear, Belichick isn’t impressed with the Giants’ front office decisions.

Meanwhile, Barkley signed a three-year, $37 million deal with the Eagles in the offseason—a price tag the Giants apparently weren’t willing to match.

But after watching him run wild in Philly green, New York is probably regretting that move. For the Eagles, it looks like a home run signing. For the Giants, it was yet another a brutal reminder of what could’ve been.
