The Miami Heat did Dwyane Wade dirty with his new statue

The Miami Heat unveiled their new statue of Dwyane Wade outside of the Kaseya Center, which might be the worst statue anyone’s ever seen. And, no, I’m not exaggerating in the slightest.

The Heat’s Dwyane Wade statue makes him look a minimum of 75 years old:

Yeesh. That is horrific.

That statue makes Wade look like a castmember from that M. Nigh Shyamalan movie Old. You know, the movie with the island that makes people old? Terrible movie, but not nearly as bad as this statue.

Of course, he was in attendance for the unveiling, which had to have put him in a real tough spot.

On one hand, it’s a huge honor for an athlete to be immortalized in this fashion. Other the other hand, though, it had to be tough for him walking up and seeing that busted ass statue. I mean, if I was in his shoes, I’d be more than a little pissed.

Dwyane Wade is up on stage doing his best to hide his reaction with a smile on his face. I guarantee you he’s standing there going, “Damn, do they really think I look like that?”
