Per reporters attending practice, QB Jalen Hurts didn’t participate in drills and watched practice from the sideline. Hurts stated after practice that today was a rest day, and he was not injured. RB Saquon Barkley also had a well-deserved rest day.
WR DeVonta Smith was held out of practice with a hamstring injury. WR A.J. Brown practiced in a limited capacity after suffering a knee injury in last week’s game vs. Jacksonville.
TE Dallas Goedert, who has been out since Week 6 with a hamstring injury, returned to practice and says he’s ‘tracking to return’ on Sunday.
LT Fred Johnson didn’t practice today as he wore a brace and sleeve on his left leg. With Jordan Mailata on injured reserve and unable to return until Nov. 14, the left tackle spot is worth watching.
We’ll keep an eye on these injuries as the week progresses.
