WATCH: Nick Sirianni tells Eagles players to ‘lock the f*ck in’ ahead of huge TNF matchup

A lot of people find themselves asking, “What exactly does Nick Sirianni do?” Well, this video of him addressing the Eagles roster ahead of their divisional matchup with the Commanders should answer that question.

It’s a short clip, but I’m already prepared to run through a brick wall. First place in the NFC East is on the line, as is a firm grasp on the 2 seed in the NFC.

Needless to say, this is the biggest game of the season so far. If I trust a coach to get the team mentally prepared for war in primetime, it’s my guy Nick Sirianni.

Say what you will about his questionable coaching decisions – and trust me, I have myself – this guy gets the Birds ready to play. This is a different team from what we saw at the beginning of the season.

Now, all that’s left is for them to lock the fuck in and prove it.
