Snap Counts: Philadelphia Eagles vs Los Angeles Rams – NFL Week 12
The Philadelphia Eagles’ 37-20 win over the Rams was more than just another notch in their win streak. It showcased their depth, savvy coaching, and some standout performances.
Snap Counts: Philadelphia Eagles Offense

Jordan Mailata: The big man hasn’t missed a snap since returning from his hamstring injury. A pillar of consistency.
Victory Formation Crew: Jalen Hurts, Landon Dickerson, Mekhi Becton, and Lane Johnson didn’t even need to suit up for the final two snaps. Business as usual.
A.J. Brown: With DeVonta Smith sidelined, A.J. Brown was the main focal point of the Eagles’ passing game, logging 65 of 73 snaps (89%) and delivering 109 receiving yards and a touchdown on six catches.
Behind Brown, the snaps were spread out among the remaining wideouts: Johnny Wilson played 51 snaps, Jahan Dotson was right behind with 50, while Ainias Smith and Britain Covey logged just 7 and 3 snaps, respectively.
Dotson was the only other receiver to record a catch, but it was a quiet night for him with just one reception for 4 yards. Without Smith’s dynamic presence, the Eagles relied heavily on Brown, and he didn’t disappoint.
Dallas Goedert: Quiet but steady—four catches for 19 yards on five targets, second-most on the team. The Eagles utilized all three of their tight ends in Sunday’s game. Goedert led the group with 55 snaps, continuing his role as the primary option at the position. Grant Calcaterra followed with 40 snaps, while C.J. Uzomah chipped in with 16 snaps in a supporting role.
The rotation showcased the Eagles’ depth at tight end, even if the production from the group didn’t leap off the stat sheet. They continue to be a critical component of the offense, particularly in blocking and situational plays.
Saquon Barkley: An absolute workhorse — 30 touches, 302 total yards, and two touchdowns on just 50 snaps. It was his fourth-lowest snap percentage of the season. MVP vibes.
Britain Covey: Logged just three snaps in his return from injury but made them count with a key block on Barkley’s halftime-opening TD run.
Snap Counts: Philadelphia Eagles Defense

Jalen Carter: After playing every defensive snap in Week 11 against the Commanders, Carter logged 54 out of 64 snaps on Sunday night. Notably, he played the first 51 of 59 plays before the backups entered, marking an impressive streak of 114 consecutive snaps dating back to Week 10—the longest active streak in the NFL at that time.
While Carter’s stat line showed just one pressure, his influence was significant. According to NFL Next Gen Stats, he faced double teams on 22 of his 35 pass-rushing snaps, his second-highest rate this season. This constant attention from the Rams’ offensive line created opportunities for his teammates to exploit one-on-one matchups.
Over the season, Carter has participated in 548 of 678 possible snaps, accounting for 81% of the defensive plays. To put this workload into perspective, veteran defensive tackle Fletcher Cox reached an 81% snap count just once in his 12-year career.
Quinyon Mitchell, the rookie corner, was the only defensive player to play all 64 snaps. Right behind him were Cooper DeJean (62), Reed Blankenship (57), and C.J. Gardner-Johnson (54), all logging heavy workloads.
Darius Slay played 28 snaps before exiting with a concussion, leaving Isaiah Rodgers to cover the remaining 36. Slay’s status for next week in Baltimore is uncertain, which could leave Rodgers in line for a start.
Nakobe Dean: A monster outing—team-high eight tackles (five solo), a sack, two TFLs, a fumble recovery, and a highlight-reel pass-protection steamroll of Kyren Williams. Dean and Zack Baun were the workhorses, with Baun playing 53 snaps (83%) and Dean 52 (81%).
Nolan Smith: Led all edge rushers in snaps with Sweat and Graham banged up. Logged two QB hits.
Brandon Graham: BG played 29 snaps before his season-ending triceps tear. It’s a heartbreaking way to potentially end a career, but Graham made those 29 snaps count, posting a sack, three QB hits, two tackles for loss, and a pass breakup.
If this was his final game, he went out playing relentless football.
The Eagles will miss more than just Graham’s leadership — they’re thin at edge rusher. After his injury, the team was down to three healthy players at the position.
Josh Sweat had an injury scare but returned to log 36 snaps (56%). Nolan Smith led the group with 39 snaps (61%), while Jalyx Hunt played 24 (38%) after sitting out the previous game due to an ankle injury.
Isaiah Rodgers: Played most of the game after Slay left with a concussion.
Milton Williams: Career game — two sacks, including a forced fumble, and three QB hits. Benefited from Carter drawing attention. Now up to five sacks this year.
Jordan Davis: Quiet night with his second-lowest snap percentage this season. Didn’t appear in the box score.
Tristin McCollum vs. Sydney Brown: McCollum got snaps over Brown when Blankenship went down. Seems Fangio’s trust in Brown isn’t quite there yet.
