FINALLY: Eagles defense does Quinyon Mitchell’s turnover celly together after Darius Slay interception
It’s been a long time coming. After a handful of celebrations in the end zone courtesy of the Eagles’ defense, where Quinyon Mitchell is “dancing on his own” while everyone else is doing something completely different, yesterday against the Packers, we witnessed justice.
Quinyon Mitchell has gone viral a few times for going completely rogue while the Eagles’ defense is celebrating in the end zone throughout his rookie season.

That wasn’t the case yesterday in South Philly. Philadelphia’s defense set the tone from the opening kickoff. Oren Burks knocked the ball loose from Keisean Nixon, and Jeremiah Trotter Jr. pounced on it to give the Eagles prime field position. Hurts capitalized with his touchdown to Dotson, and the defense never let up.
After Darius Slay made a jaw-dropping interception in the second quarter, the Eagles’ defense went into the end zone to celebrate. This time, they all did Mitchell’s dance instead of leaving their rookie cornerback dancing on his own.

Jalen Hurts, Defense lead the Eagles over Packers 22-10
For the Packers, it was a night to forget. Love threw for 212 yards but was intercepted three times, including a game-sealing pick by Mitchell with under two minutes to play.
