The Philadelphia Eagles added some depth to their cornerback room today, signing veteran CB Adoree’ Jackson to a one-year deal.

The deal is just for one year and is worth up to $2.5 million. Jackson, 29, has 82 career starts under his belt, spending time with Tennessee and New York.
A former first-round pick, Jackson never truly reached the height many scouts projected for him out of college. He’s recorded four interceptions during his seven-year career and actually scored his only career touchdown against the Eagles in 2023 on a pick-six.
Jackson will help fill the void left behind by Darius Slay, who left for Pittsburgh in free agency, and likely compete with Kelee Ringo for the CB2 job opposite of Quinyon Mitchell.
