Kay Adams, everyone’s favorite sports media personality, sat down with the mastermind behind the best front office in football, Howie Roseman, for a must-watch episode of Up & Adams. The two covered everything from the Eagles’ offseason moves to the never-ending Tush Push debate—even Nick Sirianni’s shorts made the conversation.

Obviously, Brandon Graham’s retirement has been a major talking point for the Eagles and their fanbase, but the other big question is—what’s next for BG?

You could see it tugging at Howie’s heartstrings the moment Kay asked about the Eagles’ all-time great. He even mentioned at the end that Graham was his first draft pick as GM. How cool is that?

Moving forward, the two, of course, touched on the ever-controversial Tush Push—a topic I’m sure Eagles players, coaches, and staffers are all sick and tired of discussing. Kay Adams clearly understood the assignment, showcasing her phenomenal interview skills by making it a playful question, even tying in Game of Thrones—though, unfortunately, Howie hasn’t seen it.
