AJ Brown scared the living hell out of Eagles fans with his latest Instagram post

Eagles WR and freshly minted Super Bowl champion AJ Brown momentarily caused a stir with his latest post on Instagram. The lifelong Patriots fan has been mentioned in bogus trade rumors to New England many times, so this one was a real doozy.

AJ Brown scared the shit out of me and every other Eagles fan that saw this post of him holding up a Patriots #11 jersey:

I have to say, once I got over my heart palpitations, this is actually pretty damn cool. I’d probably act the exact same way if AJ Brown and Jalen Hurts sent me signed jerseys in the mail.

He knew what he was doing, too, and even acknowledged that the post would likely cause even the healthiest Eagles fan’s resting heart rate to skyrocket.

Yes, he’s an Eagles player and bound to be a franchise legend when it’s all said and done, but that fandom doesn’t just disappear. Obviously, you have to set it aside during the season, especially if you play the team you grew up rooting for, but I can’t fault him

The excitement extends beyond fandom, too. The signed jerseys show he’s got the respect of some game legends. A signed Brady jersey isn’t something you get sent just because you’re a big fan.

Regardless, Eagles fans can rest easy. AJ isn’t going anywhere.
