Eagles land at Pro Football Hall of Fame with new exhibit honoring Super Bowl LIX domination

The Eagles have officially taken flight in Canton.

A brand new display honoring the Philadelphia Eagles just opened at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, giving fans the chance to relive both the franchise’s legendary past and its dominant present. The exhibit lives inside the Lamar Hunt Super Bowl Gallery and celebrates everything from the Birds’ recent Super Bowl runs to their gritty, pre-merger NFL championship days.

Front and center? Nick Sirianni and Jalen Hurts, of course.

Philly’s head coach is now immortalized in the same town where he once played indoor football for the Canton Legends while cutting his teeth as a young assistant coach. Fast forward a couple decades, and the Mount Union alum has led the Eagles to two Super Bowl appearances in three years — including a commanding 40-22 beatdown of the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX this past February.

It’s not just a shrine to modern dominance, though. The exhibit takes fans through every major era of Eagles greatness, featuring memorabilia from their NFL titles in 1948, 1949, and 1960. Trophies, gear, and game-worn relics from the championship squads are all part of the collection, alongside video kiosks that spotlight both Sirianni and Super Bowl LIX MVP Jalen Hurts.

Eagles’ Legacy Gets the Canton Treatment

Let’s be honest — Eagles fans don’t need validation from Canton to know they’re part of something special. But it doesn’t hurt. The Hall of Fame’s decision to give the Birds their flowers (and a whole exhibit) is just another sign that this team’s legacy isn’t just regional — it’s national.

The display officially opens to the public Friday and will remain in place until it gets replaced by the next Super Bowl champion. Which, if everything goes according to plan, might just be the Eagles again anyway.
