Jason Kelce turns to Reddit for golf tips in retirement
Jason Kelce is officially in his dad era.
The former Eagles center and future Hall of Famer traded in the pads for polos and is now taking his talents to the golf course — with a little help from the internet. Jason Kelce hopped on Reddit this week, of all places, to crowdsource golf swing advice like your average mid-handicap suburban weekend warrior.

“Jason Kelce here. I’m trying to get serious about my golf game. Uploaded 6 different angles of my swing from a session yesterday. Looking for any tips you can give me,” he wrote.
To be completely honest, his swing looks pretty solid in that video. I’m the last guy you want golf tips from, mind you, but it doesn’t mean I can’t spot a solid swing when I see one. If he really wants to take his game to the next level, hands-on golf lessons are in order.
But there’s something beautifully on-brand about this. The same guy who threw back beers on the Super Bowl parade float and wore a Mummers costume while delivering an all-time speech is now asking internet strangers to critique his backswing.
And honestly? It’s kind of refreshing. Most ex-athletes either disappear into country club life or pretend they’re suddenly experts on golf. Not Jason Kelce. He’s grinding like a walk-on trying to earn a scholarship, just with slightly worse posture and a driver that probably cost more than our entire bag.
