NFL Films teases Eagles Super Bowl documentary but we’ve already moved on

Just like every player on the Eagles roster, my focus is on 2025. Jalen Hurts said it best: “I’ve moved on” from last year’s Super Bowl.

So when NFL Films announced a documentary about the 2024 Birds season, I couldn’t help but roll my eyes. Training camp is already underway — nobody’s worried about last year anymore.

I’ve already consumed more Super Bowl content over the past five months than any sane person should. Do I need this? Absolutely not. Will I watch it? Of course. Eagles content is basically crack to me — gimme, gimme, gimme.

But the timing is just plain weird. Why now? It couldn’t have taken this long to piece together the footage. Drop it in March and I’m clearing my schedule for a full-day binge. Drop it now, and I’m already knee-deep in planning away trips for the upcoming season.
