Flyers Tagline Hype Video 2025

Brick by Brick: Philadelphia Flyers drop new tagline and hype video for the 2025-26 NHL season

The Philadelphia Flyers revealed their new marketing campaign for the 2025-26 NHL season with a new “Brick by Brick” tagline and hype video.

The tagline isn’t bad, I guess, but it’s not amazing either. Not really something a Flyers fan would want to slap on a t-shirt and be excited about this year, but it’s solid, and I guess that’s really the whole point of the message anyways.

It’s weird though. I’m happy the Flyers actually have bricks to build with, but I’m not overly excited with high expectations for this season either.

The Flyers have been flirting with a rebuild for what feels like forever. Chuck Fletcher tried to duck it with his “aggressive retool” disaster, then Danny Brière came in with the “New Era of Orange” reset button.

That tagline worked because it let the fans know the teardown was finally happening.

I think we’re all just ready for the teardown to be over. It’s time to actually build this thing back up, and “Brick by Brick” is the natural evolution of that message but again, I sure as hell would’ve liked something a little more motivational.

Something that makes it clear we’re not just settling in for another year of “be patient, it’s coming.” Flyers fans have been living in “be patient” mode since Ed Snider passed away. At some point, you want a tagline that screams we’re here, now instead of “check back in three years” but, whatever. At least this one makes sense.

To be fair, the roster actually looks like a foundation worth hyping. Trevor Zegras is in the fold. Matvei Michkov is back for his sophomore season. Rick Tocchet is behind the bench. You’ve got guys like Cam York, Noah Cates, Jett Luchanko, and Porter Martone forming a legit pipeline.

If there’s ever a time to roll out a slogan about building, it’s now.

So yeah, “Brick by Brick” is fine. It’s not going to raise the hair on your arms, but it beats the empty buzzwords we’ve been fed in the past. They finally look like a team with a direction. Now the only question is how long we’re going to be stuck laying bricks before we start raising banners.
