ESPN’s latest move is an even larger middle finger to all of us as they refuse to just let fans watch sports
I can’t even big to tell you how furious I am as a paying customer to YouTube TV. Not only can I no longer watch most College Football or basketball games, but I no longer have access to Monday Night Football. Most notably, no access to the biggest MNF game of the season coming up between my Philadelphia Eagles and the GreenBay Packers.
All of this stemming from the fact that Disney and ESPN are a bunch of greedy bastards and refuse to bend the knee to Youtube/Google. Before I take a side here, there’s a larger issue here. It’s the fact that all these corporations are swimming in money and refuse to acknowledge or even care about their customers.
Well, it’s been over a week since both sides couldn’t reach an agreement and all ESPN/Disney content was removed from Youtube TV. And rather than solving this issue for their customers, they just gave a giant middle finger to all of us.

Excuse my French, but fuck these guys. Like seriously, they can go fuck themselves.
It takes a lot to make a God-fearing man like myself swear but these asswipes have really set me off.
As if it wasn’t enough over the years for all their bullshit political agendas to overtake their sports-talk shows, they do us all dirty with this…
I refuse to sign up for ESPN Unlimited
It’s quite clear ESPN is banking on people paying $29.99 a month for their stupid new app that apparently doesn’t even work flawlessly. I refuse to bend the knee here myself and I will do whatever I can to watch my Birds play on Monday Night Football.
The only thing I can promise is that I will not give a single dollar to ESPN/Disney. I have friends who still have cable in the year 2025, and I will continue to fight the good fight. Just like you all should…
Speaking of which,
It’s kind of crazy how cable doesn’t seem like such a bad idea now with all this streaming app bullshit.
Nonetheless, I am secretly hoping Google/Youtube win this standoff with Disney and create their own sports package. Just give us sports watchers one singular hub where can watch all the sports we want. We really don’t ask for much.
