Nick Foles says what we’ve all been thinking: Kevin Patullo is not built to be an offensive coordinator

When Nick Foles starts speaking up against the Eagles coaching malpractice, you know it’s gotten bad. On a recent episode of his podcast, The SZN, he railed against Kevin Patullo and his inability to call plays.

Ain’t that the truth.

It’s worth pointing out that this podcast was recorded a few days ago — well before the Eagles’ latest collapse to the Cowboys. Somehow, it hits even harder now.

Nick Sirianni came out on Monday and said he’s not changing play callers, which isn’t surprising. It’s also not really his call to make. Howie Roseman and Jeffrey Lurie run this operation, and if they decide a switch is necessary, Sirianni will fall in line. They did the same thing two years ago when it looked like he was on the verge of losing his job.

Nick Foles has always been a voice in this city. The guy knows ball. Hopefully the organization starts seeing things the way he does.
