CJ Gardner-Johnson says the quiet part out loud: The Eagles offense is predictable

In my current state of mind, I can’t even get mad at CJ Gardner-Johnson for this. He’s saying what we’ve all been thinking all year. The Philadelphia Eagles offense is too easy to figure out.

When FaceTiming LeSean McCoy and Emanuel Acho after the Bears beatdown on the Birds, CJGJ was asked one simple question: Was the Eagles offense predictable? His silence spoke volumes.

Honestly, I was expecting CJ Gardner-Johnson to talk more trash here. Maybe he’s grown up a bit, that’s nice to see. I wish I could say the same for the Eagles offense.

They flat out stunk on Friday, no other way to put it. The play calling, Jalen Hurts, the offensive line. All of it sucked. It’s also starting to become very obvious that the players have no confidence in anything they’re running out there. It’s a really sad state of affairs.

Maybe we’ll bring back CJGJ this offseason and run it back for another Super Bowl. It’s a tradition at this point.
