Government says they recovered four alien species from crashed UFOs and I really want to believe it’s true but come on

A former CIA-funded researcher named Dr. Hal Puthoff went on Steve Bartlett’s “Diary of a CEO” podcast this week and claimed that the United States has recovered four distinct species of extraterrestrial life from crashed UFOs. Four species. Pulled from wreckage. On American soil.

The man is 89 years old, Stanford-trained in quantum physics, and was an advisor for the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program. He said people involved in the recoveries told him there are at least four separate types of biological life.

His longtime collaborator Dr. Eric Davis went further and actually named them. Grays, Nordics, Insectoids, and Reptilians.

Each species supposedly has two arms, two legs, and a humanoid appearance. The Reptilians are scaly, lizard-like, with long tails, roughly six feet tall, and walk upright. The Nordics closely resemble people of northern Europe despite being from a different planet. The Grays are the classic big-eyed, hairless creatures from every alien movie ever made. The Insectoids look like praying mantises with human limbs.

Here’s the 4 Alien Depth Chart

Davis made these claims at a UAP Disclosure Fund meeting in 2025 that was attended by three sitting members of Congress. Former Air Force Intelligence officer David Grusch testified under oath before Congress in 2023 that the U.S. was in possession of “non-human biologics” recovered from dozens of crashed UFOs.

I want to believe all of this. I genuinely do. We’ve been covering the UFO beat on this site since the beginning. The missing scientists. The Pentagon file drops. The Congressional hearings. The Obama comments. The Trump directives. All of it. I want the truth to come out. I want disclosure to be real.

But Where Is the Actual Evidence?

This is my problem. Every few weeks there’s a new bombshell claim about aliens. Someone goes on a podcast or testifies before Congress or drops a quote in an interview about crashed UFOs and recovered alien bodies. The claims get bigger and more specific every time. We’ve gone from “there are unexplained aerial phenomena” to “we have four species of aliens in government custody” in the span of two years. The headlines keep escalating. The evidence never follows.

Where are the photos? Where is the video? Where are the bodies? Where is a single piece of physical evidence that the public can examine for themselves? We keep getting told that this information exists. We keep getting told that sources are “too scared to talk” because an interview could “forfeit their life.” We keep getting told that disclosure is coming, that the truth is being revealed, that the files are being released.

Then the files drop and it’s grainy infrared footage from military sensors, blurry photos of dots in the sky, and transcripts from the 1960s describing “flashes of light.” The Pentagon bragged this week that over one billion users worldwide visited war.gov/UFO. One billion eyeballs. The fact that they’re bragging about web traffic instead of actual evidence of extraterrestrial life tells you everything about where we are in this process.

How to Know This Is Still Bullshit

If the government had definitively confirmed the existence of four alien species recovered from crashed UFOs, the entire world would be talking about it. Not just UFO podcasts and Reddit threads and conspiracy forums.

Every government on earth. Every news network. Every scientist. Every religious institution. The discovery of extraterrestrial life would be the single most significant event in human history. It would fundamentally alter every aspect of civilization from religion to science to geopolitics.

Instead, a former CIA researcher goes on a podcast and makes the claim, it trends for a day on social media, and then everyone moves on to the next news cycle. That’s not how the confirmation of alien life would play out. If it were real and verified, the whole world would stop. Until that happens, what we’re getting is a steady drip of increasingly dramatic claims with no verifiable evidence to back them up.

That doesn’t mean aliens don’t exist. I believe they do. The universe is too vast for Earth to be the only planet with intelligent life. But believing aliens exist and believing the U.S. government has four species of them in a warehouse somewhere are two very different things. One is a reasonable position based on probability. The other requires evidence that nobody has produced.

The File Drops Have Been Disappointing

The Pentagon released over 400 files a couple weeks ago. We covered it extensively. The Apollo transcripts were genuinely fascinating. Some of the military reports were interesting. But the overall release followed the same pattern as the Epstein files. Controlled drips. Redacted documents. Grainy footage. Vague descriptions. A website that crashed on launch day. The second batch of files is reportedly being processed for publication now.

One Billion Visitors. Cool?

Give us better information this time. We’re not stupid.

We know there’s been a cover-up of some kind. We know the government has been holding onto UFO-related files for decades. We know military personnel have testified under oath about non-human biologics. The question isn’t whether the government has been hiding something. The question is what they’re hiding and why they refuse to show it to us clearly.

When will we get the truth about military bases like Area 51? Will we ever be shown actual alien species? Why does the government or some agency within it refuse to release this information publicly? If the goal is transparency, be transparent. Stop dripping out grainy photos and podcast claims and congressional testimony that never leads anywhere concrete.

Where the Aliens At?

Four species. Grays, Nordics, Insectoids, and Reptilians. Recovered from crashed UFOs on American soil. Confirmed by a Stanford-trained quantum physicist who worked for the CIA. Corroborated by a former Air Force Intelligence officer under oath before Congress. Attended by sitting members of Congress at an official meeting.

And yet nobody can produce a single clear photograph, a single piece of physical evidence, or a single government document that says “yes, we have alien bodies and here they are.”

The Pentagon dropped 400+ UFO Files and I think we need to talk about the true meaning of transparency >>

I’ll keep covering this beat because the topic matters and the questions deserve answers. But I’m tired of the talk with very little information and disappointing drops. Either show us the aliens or stop telling us they exist. The middle ground of dramatic claims and zero evidence is getting old.

The truth is out there. Apparently so is the evidence. Someone just needs to actually show it to us.
