Report: Eagles add another receiver, waive QB Jamie Newman and WR Trevon Grimes

The Eagles are adding another receiver, reaching an agreement with former Jaguars’ WR Michael Walker, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter:

Walker was undrafted out of Boston College back in 2019. He appeared in 7 games for the Jaguars that season, catching two passes for 15 yards. The 24-year-old caught 71 passes for 847 yards and 5 TDs in his 4 years at Boston College.

The team also waived WR Trevon Grimes and QB Jamie Newman. Grimes has had injury issues dating back to high school and recently underwent a knee procedure that wasn’t considered serious.
