Adam Sandler playing pickup with Tobias Harris, Trae Young and other NBA stars at Imhotep Charter

The stars are in Philadelphia for Adam Sandler’s upcoming basketball film “Hustle,” which is currently filming. A few days after he announced that Doc Rivers and several 76ers would be in the movie, Sandler took to the courts in Philly to play with some of the NBA’s best.

According to ESPN, Trae Young, Aaron Gordon, Jordan Clarkson, and Boban Marjanoivch alongside other NBA players played with Sandler and Tobias Harris at Imhotep Charter in Philadelphia. Imhotep is located about a block away from Lasalle University, where Sandler is expected to film this week. Adam Sandler is known for his love of pickup basketball, so it comes as no surprise he wanted to get some runs in whenever possible on set.

Hustle is about Adam Sandler, who stars as a down-on-his-luck basketball scout who, while abroad, discovers a generational talent with a rocky past. He decides to bring the phenom back with him without his team’s approval, giving them both one last shot to prove they are NBA-worthy. Earlier this summer, Sandler held tryouts for his film at the 76ers Fieldhouse in Delaware.
