Injury Report: 4 Eagles could miss Sunday’s game against the Lions

Despite the long injury list throughout this week, not that many Eagles will be absent this Sunday against the Detroit Lions. Just now, Philadelphia released their final injury report, and only four of the players listed could be out.
Eagles Injury Report for October 29th:

Miles Sanders and Zech McPhearson are the only ones already ruled out, with Anthony Harris doubtful and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside listed as questionable. Sanders was placed on injured reserve for his ankle injury earlier today and is only expected to miss three weeks. McPhearson’s injury hurts the Eagles’ depth at corner but shouldn’t affect the defense unless Darius Slay or Steven Nelson is hurt.
Anthony Harris missed last week’s game and is still dealing with those hands and groin injuries. In his absence, Marcus Epps and K’Von Wallace will likely split the snaps at the safety spot next to Rodney McLeod. Arcega-Whiteside’s blocking presence will be missed, but the offense should function okay without him.
Every other Eagle, including Javon Hargrave and Landon Dickerson, is good to go for the bird’s week seven matchup. For the Lions, D’Andre Swift and T.J. Hockenson were limited yesterday but should be good to go for Sunday.
