Injury News: key Bucs players return to practice ahead of Wild Card matchup vs. Eagles

Tampa Bay has been banged up with injuries for much of the season, most recently losing Chris Godwin to a torn ACL.
They could be getting some guys back for the playoffs, however, with LB Lavonte David and RBs Giovani Bernard and Leonard Forunette returning to practice today:

Bernard has been on IR since Dec. 14 with an MCL injury, while David and Fournette were placed on IR on Dec. 23.
Fournette was an integral part of the Bucs’ Super Bowl run last season and picked right where he left off, logging 1,266 all-purpose yards and 10 TDs in 2022. Bernard has largely been Tampa’s third-down receiving back.
Three-time All-Pro Lavonte David has been the anchor of the Bucs defense for the last decade, finishing second on the team in tackles in 2021 despite being out of action since Week 15.
All three players are eligible to be activated for Sunday’s Wild Card game.
Bruce Arians said Leonard Fournette, Shaq Barrett and JPP should be back this week. He said Lavonte David will be the closest call.
