Eagles announce multi-year partnership with KAGR

The Philadelphia Eagles announced today that they have agreed to a multi-year partnership with Kraft Analytics Group (KAGR). KAGR is an advanced technology group that intends to help the team develop and create its first-ever centralized data warehouse. New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft owns this company.
KAGR’s main goal for the Eagles
The main goal of this deal is to target every type of fan there is, whether it’s the at-home watcher or the season ticket holders. An example of new data used by KAGR is determining what kind of food and drinks Eagles fans are buying by cross-referencing card purchases and to see if these purchases are changing throughout the course of the NFL season. Here’s what Philadelphia Eagles Vice President Tanmay Patel had to say following the announcement.
“Leveraging KAGR’s expertise in the advanced analytics and data management field will enable us to serve Eagles fans and partners in new and innovative ways,” said Tanmay Patel, Eagles Vice President of Business Data and Analytics. “We look forward to these new engagement opportunities thanks to KAGR’s partnership and their ability to drive innovation and creativity on many different levels.”
This partnership will offer the Birds a new perspective on the consulting and analytics space and consumer behavior and activity. In addition, this new data warehouse will be the home of the team’s business management. This will include “fan and ticketing insights – operational efficiency, incremental revenue opportunities, and data security and governance compliance.”
