Brandon Graham provides update on Achilles injury ahead of OTAs

It’s looking like Brandon Graham will be good for training camp this summer. Yesterday, Graham appeared on Sports Take on JAKIB Media and provided an update on his recovery process after tearing his Achilles.
Brandon Graham’s Injury Update
“I’m OTA-ready. We were just talking about that today. I’m going to be doing a lot of the same things with the team. It’s not like what we used to do, doing all the team reps and stuff like that. It’s going to be more individual, and then you’re going to have to learn the plays, go through plays, and stuff like that. Nothing that’s really going to tax you too much other than individual drills and stuff like that.
“But I’m back to normal, man. It’s just getting my lungs right. It’s like the offseason. I’m off the protocol of just rehabbing every day.”
Graham tore his Achilles just a few weeks into the Eagles’ 2021 season, but it’s great to see he’s back on the mend. During his last full season with the Eagles, Graham recorded 8 sacks, 13 tackles for loss, and 16 quarterback hits.
At 34-years-old, BG is still going to be a vital part of Philly’s defense, and the addition of Haason Reddick should help take the pressure off his shoulders.
This upcoming season will be huge for Graham, who has just one year remaining on his contract, hoping for one more big payday before his career is over.
