Eagles, DeVonta Smith reveal alternate black helmets for upcoming season

We finally have our first look at the Eagles’ alternate black helmets for the 2022 season.
The team unveiled the new helmets earlier today via Twitter:

“I like the shininess of the black,” Eagles WR DeVonta Smith said of the new look. “It’s something different to add to the all-black [uniforms].”
Philadelphia donned black pants and jerseys for two games last season, and now they have the helmet to complete the ensemble. Games to be announced at a later date.
The Eagles join the Panthers, Jets, Commanders, and Saints on the list of teams to debut black helmets this offseason.
