CB Josh Blackwell signed with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent back in April. RB DeAndre Torrey joined the team two weeks ago following a workout. T Jarrid Williams struggled against the Browns and was a longshot to make the roster.
With Brett Toth and Tyree Jackson being placed on the PUP list, both players will be out of action until Week 5 as they recover from ACL tears.
Rosters must be reduced to 53 players by next Tuesday after the final week of preseason.
