Weekend Rips: Phillies welcome back Bryce Harper, Eagles head to South Beach
“Cheers to the freakin’ weekend!” is what I would say if I weren’t sweating out my sneaky Thursday beers at my desk as I type this. Even so, thank the Good Lord Above for this beautiful Friday.
Philly fans have a lot to look forward to this weekend, and they also have a lot to be happy about from the previous week. From new training camp standouts to returning superstars, it’s been a whirlwind.

With a jam-packed week in the rearview, the Phillies turn their attention to the visiting Pittsburgh Pirates. While not the best team in baseball, they feature some of the brightest young talent in th- wait a minute… I feel it coming on again.
