Roster Moves: Several Eagles starters ruled OUT for Week 5, two players elevated from practice squad

The Eagles will be without several key starters in Sunday’s game vs. Arizona.
Final Injury Report
- K Jake Elliott (right ankle) — OUT
- LB Patrick Johnson (concussion) — OUT
- CB Avonte Maddox (ankle) — OUT
- LT Jordan Mailata (shoulder) — OUT
- RB Boston Scott (ribs) — QUES.
- LB Kyron Johnson (concussion) — QUES.
Maddox rolled his ankle in practice last week and has been out of action since. CB Josiah Scott will start at the nickel spot for the second consecutive game.
Jordan Mailata avoided serious injury and had a chance to play, but was officially downgraded to OUT Saturday morning. Jack Driscoll will get the start at left tackle in his place. Darius Slay has no injury designation and will play Sunday.
With Jake Elliott ruled out, Cameron Dicker has been elevated from the practice squad to assume kicking duties. S Andre Chachere has also been called up for safety depth.
