Eagles News: Return times for Dallas Goedert, Jordan Davis revealed; LB Jamin Davis fined for egregious facemask

The Eagles suffered a significant blow to the offense last Monday night when star TE Dallas Goedert went down with a shoulder injury.
The injury occurred on the same play that LB Jamin Davis dragged Goedert to the ground by his facemask early in the 4th quarter. No flag was thrown on the play and the tackle led to a pivotal fumble that Washington recovered. Davis was later fined $10,609 for unnecessary roughness on the play.
Goedert was officially placed on injured reserve on Wednesday but is expected to return in the regular season, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Eagles also believe DT Jordan Davis has a chance to return when he is eligible to come off IR on Dec. 4 against the Titans.https://t.co/TT2bn2C2eL

Schefter also reported that standout rookie DT Jordan Davis, who was placed on IR two weeks ago with a high-ankle sprain, could return as soon as Dec. 4 against the Titans. The defense will undoubtedly need him with NFL rushing leader Derrick Henry coming to town.
New Eagles acquisitions Linval Joseph and Ndamukong Suh hope to fill the gap left by Davis in the meantime.
If Linval Joseph has any juice left, he’ll be a nice rotational piece for the Eagles.
