Jalen Hurts, Nick Sirianni give interesting injury update ahead of Week 16 vs. Cowboys

It’s no secret that Eagles QB and handsome SOB Jalen Hurts sustained a shoulder sprain in this weekend’s win against the Bears. However, during media availability today, both Nick Sirianni and Hurts himself refuse to rule him out of the upcoming Week 16 matchup vs. the Cowboys.
Nick Sirianni told the media he would not “put it past” Hurts to play this week:
Will you look at that, we just might see our guy spank the Cowboys after all. What many in the national media saw as their chance to deny Hurts an MVP trophy may not come to pass.
While we Eagles fans were already unbothered by his potential absence (we have more faith in backup QBs than the average sports city), this is pretty great news. It was even better to hear it from the man himself.
Jalen Hurts also said he has a chance to play Saturday:
Regardless of who we have under center on Saturday night, I fully expect a Christmas W. Even if Hurts takes a seat and rests, we still have one man prepared to deliver us salvation on Xmas Eve.
That man? The Mississippi Mudflap.
