More Victims: Eagles fans make crucial mistake, think they can beat a tailgate legend in shotgun race
Eagles Fans: I honestly didn’t think this article needed to be written given the fact that if you’re a lot-regular on Sunday’s for Birds’ games then you know damn well who this guy is. Apparently, that’s not the case as more Eagles faithful fell victim this past weekend at the Eagles-Giants game.
When you see this man walking to your tailgate and challenging you to a chug-off, make sure to keep your wallet in your pockets and look the other way.
Eagles Fans Attempt the Impossible
Trust me, this isn’t an article saying don’t bet the guy wearing his signature “Got Drunk. Got High. Got Tasered” t-shirt, but more of a warning that you’re most likely going to lose money. I respect anyone with a solid business plan and it’s certainly an enticing challenge. Unfortunately, since I’ve been drinking in the lots for Eagles’ home games (roughly 15 years strong), I have never seen this man lose in a chug-off or with his little cloth ball / cup board game.
Some call him “Philly’s Greatest Hustler” but I simply refer to him as an entrepreneur and an incredible businessman. He should always be on the “Best of Philly Polls” on the Philadelphia Inquirer at the end of each year.
This guy has never went home with a loss for Sunday dinner and every shotgun challenger ends up saying “I almost had him” (when they didn’t) as he knocks down whatever type of beer you choose to give him in roughly two seconds.
No buddy. You never had him. Not even close. There’s no replay needed. Just a crime scene.
