WATCH: Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs loses it on Dak Prescott after the QB starts chirping during training camp
There’s nothing I love more than watching the Dallas Cowboys implode before the season even begins.
Since the start of training camp, Dak Prescott has looked pretty awful; at least from we’ve seen on social media. By my count, he’s up to three interceptions already, which is actually kind of impressive. He stated this offseason that he wouldn’t toss more than 10 picks this year and the guy may not even make it out of camp before surpassing that benchmark. Hall of Fame level stuff.
During Tuesday’s practice, it seemed like Dak’s teammates were getting fed up with him, specifically his defensive teammates. On a play during 11 on 11’s, Dak scrambled out and took off for what would have been a very minimal gain. After getting “tackled,” he and CB Trevon Diggs started jawing at each other.
It’s hard to make out exactly what Prescott said during the exchange, but it’s quite clear what Diggs said to his quarterback.

I know Cowboys fans are going to come out and say this is just a couple of competitors going at it. And we all know that’s complete BS.
No respected quarterback around the NFL tolerates getting talked to like that by a defender on their own team, even during training camp. There’s no way in hell any defender on the Eagles would ever say something like that to Jalen Hurts. Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert, none of those guys will ever be disrespected like that by their own teammates.
The entire Cowboys organization is slowly turning on Dak and it’s hilarious. This is going to be his final year in Dallas, I can already feel it.

Brian Cass probably never played sports before. Competitors are always talking ish no matter what. Look at Jordan, Kobe, etc….they talked that way to their teammates. I have zero problems with Dak and Diggs talking that talk. They should be challenging themselves. Someone should challenge Brian Cass on this less than intelligent article. He’s probably a commanders fan.

Look long as Dak gets his bs throws out the way now an dig into the playbook alil deeper an understands his check downs an stop forcing passes an use his legs alil more an slide before defenders take his head off he will have a solid season. No he’s not Mahomes, or a Borrow we know that he just has to make enough plays to get in the end zone cuz they have enough talent around him to anchor them to a winning season including playoffs, this will be his deal breaker season cuz like someone said the next draft our cowboys will be looking for a Qb ,guarantee it!
Nobody wants to admit that resigning Gallup to that huge contract was a mistake. He still is not getting separation in coverage and he is getting manhandled by the CBs. Several of Dak’s interceptions were a result of receivers not getting separation, however, Dak let the ball fly anyway and I think a lot of it was in frustration.
