We all know Eagles center Jason Kelce is an elite athlete. His success obviously comes down to his work ethic and physical talent, but there’s one crucial aspect nobody had really considered until now: his diet.

Usually, you hear about professional athletes eating a horrifically bland diet in order to keep themselves in top physical condition.
Sure, it helps part of Kelce’s job is being a BMF (big motherfucker), but he still manages to pull for blocks and get to the second level faster than the majority of offensive linemen in the NFL.
Instead of keeping himself away from the occasional tasty treat, his diet lets him enjoy himself. It’s good to see him passing that wisdom down to the next generation.

So many people think they need to do a fad diet or deprive themselves of flavor, texture, and joy to get fit. I personally know two dorks who have gone keto and, needless to say, seeing what they eat is grim.
But Jason Kelce has shown us the light.
Not only is it a great diet you can stick to, but it’s also pretty decent life advice as well. If you’re in the middle, you’re doing alright. Just keep chugging.
This is great news for me, actually, as I continue to eat nothing but deli meats, kielbasa, and pierogi.
