Eagles Buzz: Jason Kelce admits team is ‘on edge’ despite 2-0 start

While the Philadelphia Eagles are 2-0, it hasn’t exactly been the most satisfying or impressive start to the season. With that said, Jason Kelce just appeared on 94.1 WIP, so obviously, in the middle of a slow week, it was certainly a spot to make some headlines.

I’m not saying Kelce even said anything outlandish. He simply spoke his truth on the current state of the team. Oh, and you just knew he was going to be asked about the rumors circulating that his brother is dating Taylor Swift.

It’s important to note that Kelce immediately followed that statement with, “I think that’s a good thing.” So, before people overreact, know that this is what you should expect to hear from not just Kelce but anyone on the team.

How soon did we forget the Super Bowl hangover season when Wentz and Co. acted entitled the entire year? This current squad has the complete opposite mentality. This is a breath of fresh air, considering all Philadelphia fans have been through with athletes and teams over the years.

If you were hoping for a blog where someone is in extreme panic, I apologize. There’s just no need for it whatsoever. The Eagles have a Monday Night Prime Time game to prepare for, where they can iron out the issues in the offense and continue to steer this ship forward to another NFC East crown.
