Six Eagles named to 2024 Pro Bowl, Matthew Stafford gets in over Jalen Hurts

The NFL announced the 2024 Pro Bowl rosters on Wednesday night, with six Eagles earning honors this year.

The Eagles also have nine Pro Bowl alternates:

• K Jake Elliott (1st alternate)
• QB Jalen Hurts (1st alternate)
• CB Darius Slay (1st alternate)
• PR Britain Covey (2nd alternate)
• DE Josh Sweat (2nd alternate)
• LT Jordan Mailata (3rd alternate)
• DT Jalen Carter (4th alternate)
• TE Dallas Goedert (4th alternate)
• RG Cam Jurgens (5th alternate)

The NFC starting QBs were Brock Purdy, Dan Prescott, and Matthew Stafford, with Stafford getting the nod over Jalen Hurts.

Obviously, the Eagles have bigger things to worry about than the Pro Bowl, but it’s still nice to be recognized.
