Injury Update: Brandon Marsh underwent successful left knee surgery, expected to miss 3 to 4 weeks
Phillies outfielder Brandon Marsh underwent a successful left knee surgery this morning in Philadelphia.
Brandon Marsh – Left Knee Surgery
Marsh underwent left knee arthroscopic debridement surgery and is expected to return to play in 3 to 4 weeks and will be ready for Opening Day on March 28th home at Citizens Bank Park against the Atlanta Braves.
Marsh, who spent a few weeks on the injured list last August with a knee contusion opted to get surgery to clean up the issue ahead of the 2024 season.

Pitchers and Catchers report to Clearwater, Florida on February 14th for the start of Spring Training and as of now, the Phillies are looking extremely thin in the outfield.
Weston Wilson, Jake Cave, and Cristian Pache are currently the only reserve outfielders on the 40-man roster which obviously means that Pache will likely get the nod along with Johan Rojas and Nick Castellanos as a starter during Spring Training and possibly at the start of the regular season.Â
We’ll see what the Phillies do in terms of adding some depth in the outfield. As of now, the team has been relatively quiet this winter outside of re-signing Aaron Nola.
