Eagles white helmets could become a reality in 2025

On Wednesday, the NFL announced that they’ve revised their uniform policy to allow teams a third helmet design. For the Eagles, this means we could see the white helmets introduced.

According to the reports, the changes will be open to all clubs for the 2025 season. The Eagles have taken advantage of the second helmet rule over the past two seasons. In 2022, they introduced their black helmets to complement their all-black uniforms. Last season, they brought back the Kelly greens.

While there’s been no indication from the team that white helmets could be a thing in the future, we’ve seen nickel corner Isaiah Rodgers rocking it during his offseason workouts.

Personally, I’ve never been a fan of the all-white uniforms the Eagles wear throughout the season. But if they brought in a white helmet, I’d be on board for it for every away game.

All white is such a clean look — especially if there’s a white helmet to go along with it. Even if it means we have to get rid of the black helmet, I say we do it.
