WATCH: Eagles Legend Jason Kelce makes hilarious ESPN debut on MNF Week 1
Former Philadelphia Eagles legend, Jason Kelce left a memorable mark during his debut on “Monday Night Countdown,” right before the San Francisco 49ers took down the New York Jets.
The Super Bowl champion, who is known for his passion on and off the field, appeared on the set with a white button-down shirt, sitting between Ryan Clark and Marcus Spears. Scott Van pelt joked that Kelce had to pick up a shirt at the mall because he accidentally left his travel bag in a truck.
Jason than cracked a one-liner immediately following that gave football fans all around the world a taste of how electric this man will be on the show.

Travis Kelce, Jason’s brother, who was clearly tuned in, shared his surprise in a post on X as he watched his brother struggle with his outfit, which probably shocked Eagles fans just as much as him. Why didn’t he just go shirtless after all?
His presence in general will do wonders for the pregame coverage, which is ussualy a time when people are either, mindlessly scrolling on social media, drinking their beverage of choice, or even placing last minute bets. The addition to the show is really a no-brainer move as it adds some much needed personality and energy to the otherwise typical pre-game coverage.
