Darius Slay laughing with Micah Parsons the day after the Eagles defense was a total embarrassment against Tampa Bay isn’t what you want to watch…but it happened

Well, this is something you definitely shouldn’t have to watch but since I had to in order to make this post, you might as well suffer with me. Here’s Darius Slay laughing it up with Micah Parsons the day after the Philadelphia Eagles were embarrassed by Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Micah Parsons and Darius Slay react to C.J. Gardner-Johnson giving up TD vs. Bucs after pregame trash talk

Awesome. The Eagles got the shit kicked out of them on Sunday at the hands of Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and now Darius Slay is on the Micah Parsons podcast talking shit on his teammate, who previously talked shit and only to get absolutely torched in the game.

There isn’t a single Eagles fan that wants to see their veteran cornerback on a podcast laughing it up the day after a loss and it only gets worse when he’s laughing it up with Micah Parsons from the Dallas Cowboys.

Not to mention, nothing said was even funny so it’s like Slay is doing it on purpose just to piss people off, right?

The way I see it – CJ Gardner-Johnson is playing like complete ass. Darius Slay continues to embarrass himself and gave up the game-winning touchdown against the Atlanta Falcons that cost the Eagles the home opener, and Micah Parsons can’t defend the run.

CJ Gardner-Johnson is (rightfully) getting dragged on social media for not backing up his trash talk >>

I haven’t seen three football players talk so much and do so little on the field in my life. Darius Slay is the TEAM CAPTAIN of the Philadelphia Eagles defense. He does not care. Period.

What is going on with this Eagles team? You have Devin White retweeting Jalen Hurts getting strip-sacked, Bryce Huff deleting all team-related posts from his social media accounts, and Darius Slay continuing to be a complete asshole after every loss.

Devin White, inactive 4-straight games, retweets and deletes Lavonte David’s strip sack on Jalen Hurts

While all that is 100% true, at the end of the day, this comes down with coaching and the culture in the locker room. There’s only one person to blame for that. Nick Sirianni.
