WATCH: Jerry Jones stops Cowboys practice to land helicopter like the crazy old man he is
If there’s one thing football fans know about Cowboys owner and Supreme Leader Jerry Jones, it’s that he has a flair for the dramatic. He’ll seize any chance to showcase that oil money, and that trend continued Wednesday when he stopped Cowboys practice to land his helicopter on the field.
It’s Jerry Jones’ world, and the Cowboys are just livin’ in it:
No one knows how to make an entrance quite like Jerry Jones. Even in the middle of practice @CBSNewsTexas @CBSSportsTexas #DallasCowboys #JerryJones pic.twitter.com/OqaFE1UIRu

As a hard-hitting news website, The Liberty Line would be remiss if we didn’t include a second angle. This is what reporting is all about.
But hey how about a helicopter at practice… (fanbase triggered) pic.twitter.com/mYNV10CwN0

I mean, there’s not much else to say. Jerruh can’t help but be a chode from time to time.
People want to chalk it up to his growing senility, but let’s face it, he’s always been this way. That’s what makes him so great at what he does.
To be clear, that’s not running a winning football team, he hasn’t done that in years. He’s now great at being a villain for NFL fans and even fans of his own team.
I’ve done a little hating, but I kinda have to respect this play. He built the NFL into what it is today and is filthy rich, might as well live out his dementia-ridden golden years doing whatever the hell he wants.
