Nick Sirianni appears to let Jalen Hurts injury slip during Friday press conference
Eagles coach Nick Sirianni had an extremely interesting moment during his Friday press conference. A reporter asked why Jalen Hurts was held back from Wednesday’s practice, and he stated it had to do with an ankle injury, but was promptly corrected by Eagles PR.
Nick Sirianni may have put his foot in his mouth when it came to Jalen Hurts’ status:

LOL. I mean that is just hilarious. The PR team swooped in at the last second to save his ass for whatever was going on there.
Like the clip says, Hurts wasn’t a part of practice on Wednesday but was not put on the injury report. Eagles fans know that he has dealt with ankle problems in the past, but has looked and moved much better this season like he did in 2022.
Some are saying that Sirianni did stirred the pot on purpose, which I wouldn’t really get. He can be a little stupid sometimes, but this just seems like a weird slip up going into Dallas Week.
