WATCH: Dak Prescott can’t escape Eagles fans, even in the Bahamas
There’s no offseason when you’re Dak Prescott, the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys—especially when Eagles fans are lurking around every corner of the planet.
Dak Prescott found that out the hard way while trying to enjoy some peace and quiet down in the Bahamas, only to be ambushed by a bachelorette party full of Birds fans who rightfully hit him with a loud E-A-G-L-E-S! EAGLES! chant as he walked through the lobby.
Dak Prescott hit with Eagles chants in Bahamas:
Prescott tried to play it cool, walking past like he didn’t hear it—but then came the quick side-eye glance, the unmistakable look of a man who knows he’s been caught in enemy territory.
Welcome to purgatory, Dak.
Dak Prescott Can Run, But He Can’t Hide
Dak Prescott was probably trying to enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation, knowing full well that the Cowboys are about to enter yet another season of “this is our year” delusions followed by an inevitable disappointing season.
Now with the Commanders emerging as the second best team in the NFC East behind our Eagles, the Cowboys are at risk of reaching new lows at the bottom of the division right next to the New York Giants.
But even in the Bahamas—thousands of miles from Lincoln Financial Field—he couldn’t escape Eagles fans letting him know who runs the NFC East.
Eagles fans don’t take days off. We don’t need a reason. If there’s an opportunity to remind a Cowboys quarterback that Philly owns him, we’re taking it 100 times out of 100.
Philly’s Worldwide Fanbase Stays Unmatched
There’s something beautiful about this. Dallas fans love to act like their fanbase is massive, but we know the truth—Eagles fans are everywhere. You could be on a beach in Greece, hiking through the Rockies, or stuck in an airport in some random Midwest city, and somebody is wearing an Eagles hoodie and ready to scream the chant at a moment’s notice.
That’s why Philly runs the NFC East and it’s why the Eagles are truly America’s team.
Shoutout to this bachelorette party for doing the Lord’s work and keeping Prescott’s mind occupied with Eagles nightmares even in the middle of his vacation.
He may have been in the Bahamas, but for those few seconds, he was right back in an NFC East dogfight—one he’s been losing for years.
