49ers LB Fred Warner bends the knee to Jalen Hurts with shocking quote

It’s no secret that Eagles QB and Super Bowl Champion Jalen Hurts has been disrespected by media talking heads all offseason long. However, real ball knowers, most recently including 49ers LB Fred Warner, have rightly sung his praises after an incredible championship run.

Fred Warner bent the knee to Jalen Hurts with a quote that’s sure to have 49ers fans in shambles:

One more time, just to reiterate: “Jalen Hurts is the type of guy you want to play with or never face at all.”

This isn’t some failed NFL QB like Chris Simms, Dan Orlovsky, or Chase Daniel talking. Nor is it some bum that had their show canceled like Craig Carton or Emmanuel Acho.

Instead, this is one of the most respected defensive players in the league. He also happens to play for a team that has no issue taking pot shots at the Eagles whenever they get the chance.

It’s crazy how obvious it is that criticisms of Hurts in the media reek of jealousy. It’s a truly off-putting stench that’s been emanating from TV studios across the country for years now.

It’s always losers putting down one of the best QBs in the league while legends of the game like Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, and now Warner are all acknowledging the truth.

I still despise the 49ers after how they’ve disrespected the Eagles at every turn, but I’ve always had a soft spot for Warner. The dude’s a baller and usually stays above the fray when the bullshit starts flying.

Let me be the first to welcome Fred to the right side of history.
