While the majority of the American sports media embarrasses themselves with pointless rankings and miserable “hot takes” about the upcoming NFL season, Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts is overseas with Michael Jordan and his Board of Greatness in Greece.

A part of me actually enjoys calling out all of the bullshit that is said about Jalen Hurts during the Dog Days of Summer. The other part of me wishes I could follow in Hurts’ footsteps and not even acknowledge the garbage that’s spewed across the media.
While everyone debates top 5 and top 10 lists, Hurts is in Greece with arguably the greatest athlete of all-time in Michael Jordan, along with a ton of other professional sports superstars.
Point being, Hurts literally does not give a fuck about the noise. He never has and hopefully, never will.

Jalen Hurts doesn’t need to say a damn thing and honestly, if the media had any respect, he would be left out of any debate, period.
Why should a Super Bowl MVP and defending World Champion have to be discussed by anyone? If you win the Super Bowl then you should be relieved of any conversations about your ability to win NFL games at the highest levels.
On top of that, anyone who is dumb enough to talk about stats and who’s better than who should automatically have to rank a Super Bowl MVP quarterback above the rest.
Really though, no one should speak about Jalen Hurts, unless it’s in defense of his ability and the fact that he’s an elite quarterback.
Also, I would love to see what’s in that notebook. I can’t stop thinking about it…lol
