Eagles legend bashes Cowboys amid their contract dispute with Micah Parsons
Eagles fans, pour a drink and kick your feet up. While things are humming along in South Philly, the Dallas Cowboys are in full-blown meltdown mode. And just to make it sweeter, Brandon Graham grabbed the mic and took a flamethrower to the dumpster fire down in Jerry World.
On the “Exciting Mics” podcast, BG reminded the world why he’s not only an Eagles legend, but a first-ballot Hall of Fame trash talker.
When asked who he enjoys roasting the most, he didn’t hesitate: Dallas. “All I get is L under all my stuff,” he said, laughing off the trolls who flood his Instagram after every Cowboys win. “Ever since then, boy, they’ve been the top of my list.” He even started painting a mental picture of lifting the Lombardi with the Eagles and watching the banner drop, while Cowboys fans are still busy editing Micah Parsons into Photoshop graphics with six rings that never existed.
That clip alone should’ve been enough to rattle the Cowboys faithful. But then Micah Parsons went full scorched earth on the organization.
In a surprise trade request, Micah Parsons said he no longer wanted to be in Dallas — citing secretive contract negotiations, public smearing, and being blamed for injuries he sustained while playing his ass off. This wasn’t a subtle “clean it up” post. This was a full-on breakup letter. He even brought up how he and his dad were lifelong Cowboys fans from Harrisburg, PA, and now he’s done with it all.
So just imagine Brandon Graham hearing that news after recording his podcast. You think he cracked a grin? You think he popped open a beer? You know he did.
Eagles Culture vs. Cowboys Chaos
While the Eagles are holding smooth, drama-free training camp practices and making roster cuts that actually make sense, the Cowboys are busy watching one of the best defensive players in football publicly torch their franchise. The difference in organizational vibes is night and day.
In Philly, you’ve got Jalen Hurts talking about culture and accountability. In Dallas, you’ve got your best player ghosting contract talks and dropping bombshells on Instagram. Maybe the Cowboys should spend less time photoshopping Super Bowl trophies into their Twitter banner and more time building a locker room that isn’t one passive-aggressive tweet away from imploding.
At the End of the Day, It’s Still Dallas
Look, Eagles fans have heard this all before. Cowboys fans crow about “this being the year,” and by Halloween, the wheels are falling off. Whether Parsons sticks around or not, the damage is done. He’s already publicly said he wants out. That locker room is fractured. And right on cue, Brandon Graham slid in to remind everyone exactly who they are.
Dallas is drama. Philly is business.
And in the NFC East arms race, the Eagles are just laughing from the top.
