WATCH: Jalen Hurts breaks down what makes him tick

Sheesh. That Jordan Brand cap that Jalen Hurts is rocking at Eagles training camp is GAS. I need to get ahold of one of those, as quickly as possible.

Anyways, a clip was posted online from a SiriusXM interview featuring Jalen Hurts discussing his mindset and what makes him tick after he and the Birds were crowned World Champions in Super Bowl LIX.

While it’s pretty much the same shit that Jalen Hurts always says when he’s behind a microphone, the entire video does highlight the unique perspective our QB1 holds and shows you exactly why any talk of a hangover entering the 2025 season is complete nonsense.

Once I return to earth after listening to Hurts speak to me in poetry, I think there is a fair point to make that winning Super Bowl and getting that first one off your back would probably help you understand and prepare better to get another one.

If that’s not how Hurts is thinking, then I should probably be the one changing my mindset, not him. The Eagles have been unified in saying that last year doesn’t mean a damn thing and that the 2024 team is figuratively dead.

I like that and it’s clear as day that Jalen Hurts is becoming a better leader because of it, whether he wants to admit that or not.

Jalen Hurts already showed Philly what is required of him to give the Eagles a Super Bowl MVP winning performance. If that’s what it will require for this Eagles team to win another Super Bowl then let’s ride.
